Lemonade Diet = Master Cleanse
Stanley Burroughs came up with the "Master Cleanser" back in the fifties or somewhere. It has been very popular through the years, as a way to cleanse the internal workings of the human animal.
It consists of "fasting" for a period of time, and the only thing you eat or drink is 1) a lemon juice, cayenne pepper, and maple syrup drink; 2) room temperature saltwater; and 3) herbal laxative tea. Sounds good, doesn't it? Because of the lemon drink, it has become known as "the lemonade diet."
Anyway, you can click here to find the actual recipe, as well as more details on the Lemonade Diet.
The Master Cleanse is not supposed to necessarily be a weight loss program, and we here at 2HW don't define it as such. You will lose weight, but it is not a healthy way to lose it. You should lose weight by eating less and eating more healthy, not by going on a juice fast.
It's main benefit is the detoxing cleanse that completing 10 days of the lemonade diet will give you. There are a ton of benefits that come from a full-body detox. Among them are: more energy, better health, immune system is more powerful, thinking is clearer, skin is clearer, and on and on.
I urge you to learn more about this lemonade thing. The 10 days can be tough, there is no question about that, but most people report that the results were well worth it. In fact, our friend Raylen Sterling has come out with a very helpful product that helps people make it through the master cleanse process. He calls it Master Cleanse Secrets, and he basically becomes your coach as you cleanse your body.
