Ten Ways To Kill A Vampire Video

There are many myths about how you can kill a vampire, some old, some new and some that are quite frankly disgusting. This vampire video is a comic look at some of the most popular solutions for fighting vampires. Great ideas for role play in a vampire club although you might want to refrain from using them in the real world as some of them are a little violent!

Have a stock of the following ´weapons´ so that you can guarantee your success:

The old favorite – garlic
The garlic remedy has a plausible explanation in that vampires have a greatly heightened sense of smell, and as we all know how pungent it is, by wearing lots of it, they won´t want to come any where near you.

A supply of rice grains or seeds
What they do like apparently is to count. Apparently vampires would feel compelled to count every single grain of rice or seeds if you were to throw these on the ground according to eastern and Chinese mythology. If you throw enough on the floor, you might just have time to make your escape.

Loads of holy water
We are talking gallons of the stuff – don´t believe what you see on the movies where they splash a few drops of it on the vampire, you need to get them really soaked. Not always easy to carry around.

A wooden stake
Used to drive a stake right through the vampires heart although you can´t just use any old stick you find, you will need to make sure it is made from ash, oak or cedar.

A long nail
Those from Macedonia use a nail instead of wooden stake which might be easier to find than a wooden stake.

An axe
Just in case the stake or the nail doesn´t do the job, you might want to chop off the vampires head, just to make sure.

Vinegar
If you happen to be in Crete when you are vampire hunting, you will also need to boil the head in vinegar.

Matches
Those not living in Macedonia could try making a fire and burning the head and body until they turn to ash then throw the ashes into some water.

Now you want to make sure you are fighting a real vampire and not just someone who is role playing so it is advisable to do a vampire test first and determine if you are facing a real vampire male of vampire woman. Or have the vampire show you some credentials like his favorite vampire photo as there are a lot of vampire lifestylers these days and you want to make sure you are getting the real thing, not just an honorary member of the vampire club!

Finding the Best Shoes for You is Important

If you suffer from foot troubles you are like many people who have issues with their feet that include pain and that can also include unappealing NYC nail fungus, athlete’s foot, or NYC toe nail fungus. What a lot of people may not realize is that the things that affect their feet can really affect the rest of their body, so don’t ignore your feet so your entire body can stay healthy.

Many people suffer from fungus on their feet, but they should not ignore it or try to just hide it. This is not a good idea because many times wearing shoes can not help things at all.

It is a good idea to wear some kind of shoe or sandal so that you can keep your feet off the ground and this will help to prevent getting something like athlete’s foot in the first place. However, if you have gotten it you will want to start treating it immediately so that it doesn’t spread and annoy you and cause any more discomfort than it already has.

You will want to let your feet breathe because socks and shoes can make it spread. There are some good medicines for this at the grocery store but if the problem persists you will want to talk to your doctor and get some medical attention for it so that it does not continue to bother you and be unsightly.

Shoes affect the health of your body as a whole too, because everyone has different feet and a lot of times the shoes they are wearing are not the best ones for them. So if your shoes do not fit right|As a result, if your shoes do not fit you like they should} you may find that you suffer from back pain or a number of other fully body ailments up to neck pain. Try to find whether the shoes you have give you enough and the right kind of support, so you should check to make sure that they support your ankle well, which can be very important if you spend a lot of time on your feet in your daily life. Also find out from your doctor what specific things your feet do when you stand and walk so that you can address those specific issues, and that can be done through shoes that support the arch or by getting orthotics or other kinds of support for your feet, and this will help your entire body.

Candidiasis Symptoms: Learning If You Have Yeast Infection And Finding Remedies If You Do.

Candida symptoms are pervasive throughout your system: candida overgrowth is present in your small and large intestines, your stomach, and if you’re a woman, throughout your reproductive system. As the yeast grows, it even will cause you to crave the foods that feed it, making it a very difficult cycle to break. you can regain your health and end this of you are armed with the right remedies.

Candida: Curing Yeast Infection

Treatment for Yeast Infections: When you suffer from a candida yeast infection (yeast infections of any type), you may already have the best treatment for it, at home, in your refrigerator. You can use plain yogurt – you can eat it, apply it externally, or apply it internally; you can even do all three and should have great immediate relief. You should make sure the food contains live cultures because these fight against the bacteria while foods than contain starch, gelatin or sweeteners cause the yeast to grow. Avoid costly over-the-counter yeast infection treatment products, as the bacteria will eventually become resistant and harder to kill. A really good thing to add to your diet is a acidophilus or bifudus supplement or to add yogurt/live bacteria pills. Tea tree oil suppositories are another effective fighter, if you can find them, and Echinacea and liquid chlorophyll can help strengthen your immune system, which will also help you ward off yeast infections.

Getting Rid of Mold: If you’re battling yeast overgrowth, you’re also bound to have mold problems. Do not remove your clothes and linens from the dryer until they are very dry. If you reuse hand towels or rags, ensure that they have plenty of air circulation to prevent mold from growing. Since it is possible for mold to survive a normal wash cycle, add borax, and use very hot water if at all possible. Also look into pillowcases designed to prevent dust mites.

It is advisable to eat more cinnamon, broccoli, cabbage, garlic, and onions because these fight against candidias. First thing in the morning, add two tablespoons of lemon juice plus ½ teaspoon of baking soda to a half glass of water and drink. This will help you achieve a balanced pH, which can combat candida.

Candida diet/Candida cleanse: This is the most important thing you can do to eradicate yeast overgrowth. Although it is not easy, it is important. For three weeks, avoid foods that feed the yeast. Sugar or anything sweet is included in this. non sugar low calorie sweeteners are alright, yeast, non-whole grains, alcohol, anything fermented (soy sauce, vinegars), and anything containing mold (like cheese). Temporarily you need to restrict your diet to meat, seeds, nuts, vegetables, whole grains, tea and water. Think outside of the box when shopping because you’ll need to incorporate some new foods to replace the ones you can’t have. Remember that though this diet only lasts three weeks, it is important that you at least partially embrace this as a new lifestyle, because if you go right back to indulging frequently in sugars and starches, the candida will take hold again and your health will waver.

Find Relief For Your Nail Fungus

Nail Fungus is known in the medical world as onychomycosis. Strange word for a fairly disgusting condition. Disgusting though it may be, nail fungus is very common, especially in the toenails.

Nail fungus is caused by bacteria that makes its way into the toenail and gets embedded between the nail bed and the outer nail. It is embarassing and unsightly, and can be caused by a number of factors, like getting a crack in the toenail.

Fungus thrives in damp or moist environments. That is why you need to be especially vigilant if you sweat a lot or spend a lot of time in pools, or other moist spots. People who work in moist environments, wearing shoes, are very likely to get nail fungus in one form or another.

There are no easy or quick cures for nail fungus. There are, however, some home remedies that you can try. It is important to allow your feet to dry thoroughly after they have gotten wet, and to allow them to breathe freely throughout the day.

The germ killers in mouthwash are believed to be fairly effective against nail fungus. Soak your nails in a bowl of Listerine. Not only can it help the fungus go away, but your feet will smell minty-fresh, not medicin-y!

Mixtures of 50/50 white vinegar and distilled water can be effective, as can Eucalyptus oil applied directly to the affected nails. There is another oil, tea tree oil, that is supposed to be even better.

Finally, try applying Vick’s Vapo-Rub to the nails. Again here, it’s Eucalyptus that makes a difference and will help kill the bacteria.

If those remedies don’t help, you should talk to your doctor about getting a prescription medication.
